I hate my frickin' computer. It always has ways to screw up things. It corrupted a document that I was working on. ****ing computer.

I would have friggin kicked the computer if not for the fact that I have not backed up my files. I have a warranty card and I'm not afraid to use it. DAMN!

I got this quiz from the Saturnalia webcomic. I adore the art, and I heard from Benjamin that it has a decent storyline. Definitely worth the time to check it out.

Which Saturnalia Character are you?

I must be really bored to read through my past blog entries. There wasn't much to read because I don't really blog frequently, but it was enough to last me for at least half an hour.

It's really interesting to read back on what you have wrote in the past and what comments other people have about your entries. Amidst the entries and commentaries, some were really thought provoking and inspiring, while the others are plainly crazy and illogical.

I sure hope that there would be more interesting and thought provoking entries as well as comments from readers the next time I read back on my blog. Hopefully I would have a big library of entries by then and I would chuckle at what I had jotted back then.

I'm counting on Blogger to stay alive till then.

For those of you who like the song, here's the link to a Flash animation based on it.

Fantastic song I must say. And the drawing's really good, really bears quite a resemblance to the singer, Guang Liang.

Was supposed to go swimming today, but I ended up staying at home because I couldn't find my swimming pants. Anyways, I've been thinking about doing a webcomic and I think it should be about time I get down to it. If only I could have a simple storyline which is fun to read at the same time... hmm...

Found a webcomic called Saturnalia. I have not really got to reading it, but the first few pages really impressed me. I like the art and the layout of the comic a lot, and I think it's fantastic. I wish I could draw just as well. But I might as well spend my time sleeping. It's that much closer to getting it.

The new blog template is still bugged with technicalities, and I can't find a way around it. The scrolling is not working properly in the floating table, and it's really getting on my nerves. I think the problem lies in the positioning of the floating table, but I can't find a solution to it. But I guess that would have to do for now. It's better then nothing.

The new blog skin should keep me blogging for a few weeks till I get bored again. I think I'll think about what to draw for my webcomic and start drawing storyboards.

I feel so accomplished that I can puke right now. Literally. I spent one full day making my own blog skins, looking through different codings and all those mumbo crap, and now, I'm finally done with the blog! More space as I've promised myself, popup comments like what Yiwen recommended (it looks much neater now, thanks!) and I've taken down the ugly photo so that my visitors would not be terrorised by it.

And I've also changed my blog address to fit the new skin. Not a radical change, but I just thought that a shorter url would be much more convenient for people (namely, me) to access the blog.

So here it is. Sketch It!

What would you draw if life was a canvas?

I think I need to do something about my blog layout. It just seems too cramped.

Ugh. Too lazy.

I saw this while on Friendster when it was down for maintenance. It's like a commercial blog for this new show she's starring in.

There was a picture for the link, but I decided to remove it because of its friggin' pink color scheme.

And just in case you're wondering, I am definitely NOT a fan of Ms Anderson.

About 2 more minutes to 12 midnight... might as well make the best use of it.

Darrell, your Christmas counterpart is an Elf

Like one of Santa's right-hand helpers, you're dedicated and devoted. From their pointy shoes to their pointy ears, the elves, and people like you, are The Man in Red's secret to success. Do you really think one person can make all those toys, harness the reindeer, wrap all those gifts, and get around the world in one night?

Like any elf, you're an industrious type who's probably ready and willing to lend a helping hand wherever you can. But that doesn't mean you're not up for a little mischief from time to time. Maybe you've got some antics involving mistletoe up your sleeve or a gag gift waiting for someone under the tree. And who can blame you? Everyone needs to be reminded of the lighter side of things. However you slice it, your sense of humor and good-natured fun will bring a whole host of smiles to any holiday gathering.

Yes, I know it's far from Christmas.

(p.s: yes, today happens to be quiz day. Happy Quiz Day! not.)

Darrell, you're like Fez

Mexico? Brazil? Venezuela? While Fez's homeland is anybody's guess, it is clear that he's a friendly foreigner soaking up all that America and Point Place, Wisconsin have to offer. You don't have to be a heavily accented, foreign exchange student to share a certain curiosity and innocence with your counterpart.

Caring and honest, you're a good friend to your gang. No doubt they look to you for support, a friendly ear, and a good laugh when they need it. With your positive outlook and try-anything attitude, you're always ready for a fun, new adventure. So let the good times roll!

Darrell, you've got a little bit of Chandler going on!

Could you be any more like Chandler? The most lovable wiseguy around, you've got more than a little Bing inside you, don't 'cha? Front and center in your Chandler-ness is that unstoppable wit, keeping everyone in stitches (or at least deflecting uncomfortable situations). And like the Chan-Chan man, you'd never leave your pals out in the cold. But your generosity is so inconspicuous that people often don't even notice it.

Romantically, a soft, sweet, heart and charming, insecurity rule. You might, however, be held back from love by that nagging little fear of, well, growing up. Ya think? But, like the adorable Mr. Bing himself, it's just because you care so much and don't want to let anyone down.

(Blogger's note: I'm guessing there is a Chandler in every of us out there who owns that little tiny bit of sense of humour. Explains why I got Chandler.)

WTH. I had to retype a whole chunk of my dream because I accidentally hit the goddamn back button. Crap.

Anyways, this had to be one of my longest and most vivid dreams. I'm able to get this into a blog entry thanks to our trusty pen and paper.

As far as I could remember about the dream, there was 2 of me. I don't know how, but that's as far as I could remember.

To avoid being sent for examinations by scientists, I decided to hide in the closet while my twin tried to get people away so that I would not be spotted. Unfortunately, our local closet wasn't made to fit, and I started to stand out like a sore thumb despite my attempts to cover myself with the clothes.

And that's when Cindy spotted me.

My twin then made a quick attempt for cover up by lying to her that I'm actually a mannequin, more like a life size puppet actually. Of course, this called for some demonstration and my twin manipulated my movements using the so-called invisible strings.

After which, people started lining up to get a go at being a puppeteer. But as we all know, puppets with invisible strings can be really frustrating to control. After a while, everybody just gave up and moved on.

That's when I decided to bolt and get the hell out of the place. On my way out, I happened to bump into Yiwen and her friend, who happend to be a mannequin, which was strange, because in my subconcious in the dream, I had met her friend earlier, but she was totally human.

Anyways, I got out and ran like a mad man. Freedom at long last. After being nearly knocked down by a car, I finally arrived at Harbor Front. Or at least that was where I had planned to head for.

Walking along the shoppinh complex, I overheard people talking about a murder case. Seems that a murder took place not too long ago. I looked around and saw a few police officers questioning people. I wanted food so I walked on while smsing. Get this, I was smsing my Gaia friend about Gaia stuffs. I think I should really consider taking a break from that place.

All of a sudden, I was full and not hungry anymore. Seemed that my dream skipped me having my meal. It started to rain really heavily, so I couldn't really go anywhere. I walked into the shopping complex and took the escalator, food suddenly appearing on my hands. It appeared that I added some syrup or gravy on the food, but I couldn't recall which it was.

The guy in front of me on the escalator saw my food and commented that it looked disgusting to the guy behind me. Talk about being treated as a transparent being. As the escalator finally took me to the top, I soiled my clothes with the food. The guy in front asked the guy behind if he had watched Scorpion before and pointed to the life size cut-out figure. I looked around me as I cleaned my clothes with a tissue. The place was huge. And old. Definitely not Harbor Front.

It came to a point when I realised that there were police situated on every floor. Seemed that they are waiting for someone and they were going to gun him down. A shootout, I believe. Correct me if I'm wrong.

The police ordered everyone to squat down on the floor and lay low. I did as told of
course.

Our villian finally showed himself as he pulled out a gun and tried to shoot a police inspector. Apparently, he was hidden amongst the crowd and the female inspector was just standing right in front of him. A male inspector saw that and asked her to look out. The villian was really slow though, and this allowed the female inspector to shoot him instead. But the bullet didn't even cause a scratch in his skull!

The male inspector fired a bullet at the villian and I could see the bullet went right inside. A red dot appeared for a split second and went away. Apparently, the bullet did some kind of damage, but it wasn't enough. That's when I heard the inspectors talking about some "Holy bullet" thingy.

Suddenly, the inspector passed me the gun and told me to "Remember my dream." As I took the gun, I begin to visualise two different scenarios. One was where I stand up and tried to shoot the villian, but in doing so, I get shot in my arm in the process. But the villian dies.

The other would be for me to shoot around the villian, totally missing him and asking him to just leave. That would cause my death because the villian would use his invisible force and push me down, plunging to my death. And thus causing a strange black creature to escape from my body.

That was when I woke up. I wasn't sure which scenario I chose. But I wasn't satisfied. I closed my eyes and got to work.

I returned to the dream scene and I dashed up to the bad guy. taking him by surprise and stuff the gun with the holy bullet into his mouth. After which I fire the bullet and blow up his head. Cool stuffs.

Sheesh. Weird.

It's been ages since I've wrote an entry. This blog would probably be listed under the "almost dead but not really there" category.

Anyways, I feel all excited and charged up everytime I go to the airport. Perhaps it's because I'm used to the feeling of being at the airport when I'm travelling aboard... the feeling is just... great. I feel like I'm going to see new things and stuffs, and all that crap. Blah.

So, what was I doing at the airport? To see a friend off. He's going for a job attachment to Sydney (oh man, I wish I could be smuggled there). Even though I was there to see him off, it felt like I was the one going abroad. Here I come Sydney! Except not.

Bummer.

But I did meet this interesting girl today. She was a friend of my friend. Really interesting. Has a really funny bone too.

I'll stop here. I'm already starting to bore. Run along now. Go watch TV or something. Shoo.
