As most of you would have already realized by now, MOS is gone.

So, what now?

Welcome to Zirca.

Ernest managed to get this free invite that includes free flow of drinks. Who can resist such a sweet deal like this?

Oh, if the name of the new club sounds like some sort of circus to you, well, it probably is sort of a circus themed club (in my opinion). The first thing that strikes you when you enter the party area is this queer looking "thing" in a cradle like thingy. Before you realize what's going on, you see hands and legs emerging from within, and our performers start performing acrobatic stunts within the cradle that is suspended from above.

Up til now, I'm still confused over the gender of the performer. I reckon they are females. Long eyelashes and boob shapes? They'd have to be female.

Unless, of course, they are out to confuse me.

There's nothing that can make you feel sexier than a signboard that acknoledges your sexiness

The show doesn't just stop there. From time to time, performances are shown on stage (which is just right in front of the so called "dance floor") involving acrobatic stunts (which once again goes to show why the name of the club is so circus-ish). What better way to spend the night than to have an all-in-one eh?

Oh, did I forget to mention the Caucasian chicks dressed in nurses' outfit?

Oh yeah. Hellooooooo nurse!

Just a few more hours before her return... I need her to be my nurse.

Now that she has gone on a short overseas trip, my only source of human interaction AKA social life seems to be gone.

Someone ask me out please? Budget activities only, though. I only got less than a hundred left. T__T

Question! What is the best way to feel like royalty?

Went to catch Body of Lies with rawress at GV Gold Class, and boy, did it cost a bomb. However, I'd say the experience was worth paying for because that is as comfortable as one can get in your local theatres. Big comfortable sofas with footrest and adjustable with the touch of a button. I'm telling you, it doesn't get any better than this.

And where else can you get to eat pizzas, ice cream and soup in the theatre without risking getting caught?

Anyways, on to our movie!

Question 2! Who do you trust when you are dealing with the invisible enemy?

Nobody, really.

Body of Lies is a thriller and suspense movie that talks about the war against our invisible enemies. Be prepared to be thrown a whole lot of dialogues, which is quite easily digestible if you pay attention. The show is paced comfortably so that you can catch up, making it a long 2 hour movie.

Littered with suspense and action along the way, the US is portrayed as incapable of securing their terrorist target, making unnecessary sacrifices as a result of improper planning and the lack of patience as a main virtue. Leonardo Di Caprio does a brilliant job in acting as our protagonist. You can see the pain in his eyes as he loses his friend and when his superior botches up his whole operation.

If you are into thinking movies, just go for it. However, if you are looking for a movie that blows shit up, it's time for you to turn the wheel around.

On that note, I would like to advice anyone who's reading this blog to NOT PUT putty (a play-doh like toy) on anyone's hair. Yes. It is evil and dangerous. Stay clear of hair. Trust me.

I need to start jogging soon.

Spent an entire day at Sentosa yesterday. Oh, the insanity.

Arrived at 8+ and waited till about 10+ before the game finally started. Makes me wonder why I was up that early. I could have caught a thousand million more winks with that waiting time.

It has been a white since I have spent that extensive amount of time under the sun, and I'm totally toast. Still feeling the effect of the burn from the sun, and I had been constantly drinking in order to cool my body off. This is one of the occasions where I can proclaim aloud that I have a hot body.

Although there was no actual 10km run, the event itself was rather fun. Got to know a few new people along the way. Too bad I'm too shy to talk. And a pity that our team didn't get to win... oh the money, me like. At least one of our teams came in second. Not bad at all.

I wish this burning sensation would go away soon.

I think it ate up most of our conversations yesterday. What a bummer.

Finally visited Kallang Leisure Park Mall! It took quite some walking to get there from Kallng MRT Station, but hey, walking is good exercising!

Although the mall underwent a major renovation, the shopping crowd was still as sparse as ever. It's not that hard to figure out the reason when you have been through the walking. It's really quite inaccessible and I doubt many people would have bothered to go through the trouble of getting there. Except for yours sincerely and his adorable girlfriend, of course.

Instead of the usual, GV and Cathay, we had a chance to try out another movie operator called FilmGarde. The seats in the theatre was big and spacious, but sad to say, that is where the good point ends. The popcorns were not very well made, to the point that you could actually get blocks of sugar from time to time and the attendants were... well, not very attentive. Isn't there supposed to be someone who closes the door in the theatre when the show starts?

Well, enough of the rantings about Kallang Leisure Park Mall. Let's talk about our movie, The Coffin. It's not your usual fright feast, and in my opinion, it is geared more towards the plot and it even has it's own moral of the story. "You can't cheat death." Sounds like a Final Destination kind of thing to me.

I personally think it's a little short for a film that has two concurrent stories running together, but I guess horror flicks are made that way - short and scary. The playing of the sudden movement and sound kind of gets mundane after a while. If you are looking for a good scare, I suppose you would be better off elsewhere. But if you want a story and a little heart pumper here and there, you got your film.

We decided to walk all the way back to City Hall from Kallang Leisure Park Mall after dinner. It was... a nice long walk. Really really long walk. On the bright side, we got some nice views along the way, I got to hold her hand and we didn't get lost!

Definitely good enough to be a postcard

On the downside? Other then the sweat, I can't see any other downside. Except for the occassional scares from your friendly, neighborhood creepy crawlers of course.

Who says the cool guy always wins in a gunfight?

If the movie title sounds familiar to you, it is probably because it's inspired by the old western movie, "The Good, the Bad and the Ugly". I can't remember the storyline of the old movie, but what I can say is that I didn't manage to go through the whole show.

But this, I like.

The start of the movie was a little bland and dull, but it starts to lure you into the show bit by bit as you get to know the characters better. As you can probably tell from the title, the whole show revolves around our 3 main characters, namely the Good (Park Do-won), the Bad (Park Ching-Yi) and the Ugly (Yoon Tae-Goo), whom in my opinion, made the show alive with his lame acts and stunts.

I was kind of expecting loads of gore from an NC-16 show, but I was proven otherwise. I'm still kind of puzzled over the rating despite such mild acts of violence in the show. The movie is mainly about the war in Manchuria and the fight over this treasure map which would, inevitably turn the tides of the war. Our 3 leading men, are, of course, dragged into this war with one being hired from the good, one being hired from the evil side and the last one... our freelance lamer. The story packs a twist at the end of the show, so just stay tuned to find out.

All in all, it is not a bad show, but does it really deserve to be Korea's box office hit? I have my doubts, but I'll let you be the judge.

In other news, I cooked macaroni for the girl today... a pity it didn't turn out as good as I thought it would. Kind of disappointed... and we didn't take any photos of it either. Aw man. Maybe next time.

Maybe I should make her cook for me the next time round.

I never thought that failing a driving test would have such undesired effects on me.

I can't seem to get over the failure. I never thought that I would be able to make it, but I didn't thought that I would be getting an F for the test either. Somehow it has affected my level of confidence in almost every aspect of my life... I'm really starting to doubt my own capabilities...

Somehow when I'm with her, things just seem to fall into place nicely. But once I'm away from her presence, things falling apart once again, and I seem to be thrown into a cold dark cage with a never ending void of gloom.

The gloomy weather these days doesn't seem to help much. I'd better find a way to pull myself together soon before I crumble to nothingness.

At least I have tomorrow to look forward to.

Don't you just feel all gloomy and blue when the rain starts pitter pattering at your window pane?

When you see the dark skies loom above... don't you just feel like doing nothing except to stare into space?

Well, I do.

I can't say that I hate the rain. When you have all the time in the world to appreciate your surroundings, the rain can be quite a good mate to accompany you on your poetic journey. But at other times, it really starts to tear you apart, bounding you with melancholy, making you feel so helpless and emo.

Pitter Patter Patter Rain

Pitter Patter Patter Rain,
little ones from beyond,
are you heaven's tears,
or blessings from above?

Alone I am not,
I have your companiance,
little advocators of gloom
Pitter patter patter rain.

A beautiful, sorrowful tune
echoing through the night.
Mesmerized by your rhythm,
a melodic, heart-wrenching piece.

Listening to your orchestra,
upon my window pane,
your depressing life story
Pitter patter patter rain.

Today is both a sad and happy day.

Took my driving test today. The day didn't really started out well for me with the heavy downpour. My shoes were totally wet despite the usage of an umbrella. And the test? Let's just say it went down every possible bad way it could. If only I had a better grip over my nerves. One thing is for sure: If I'm going to pass this, I'd better get myself together and get over my nervousness.

And now for the happy part!

I'm happy because 17 years ago, she was born. Without her existence, I wouldn't have so much light and joy in my life right now!

So yes! Happy day!

What a better way to get over a gloomy day than with a happy day right? I just can't be sad for long when she's around. Had a battle against her in Rockband at eMax again. The songs are rather limited, but it's enough to last for an hour. Drumming is fun! I hope the thing is still working after how hard I hit it. Miss Naughty said she thought I was trying to spoil the drum set. My bad about that.

And I'm really sorry for the incident that happened in the room

Had a hard time trying to hold her hand again. I'm thinking she's enjoying this. Evil girl! I'll make sure her hands belong to me next time.

I'm still sore about the whole driving test, but I guess today ain't that bad after meeting her.

If I don't pass today, I'll just have to pass it on another day. Let's do this.

Happy 17th Birthday, silly. 1 more year to M18 films!

I seem to have successfully regained the weight that I had lost. My immune system seems to have got back on the right track. Now all that's left is for the phlegm to clear and I should be all set to get back on my routine.

Ah... I really need to buck up on my studies. Need more discipline!

1AM... and the rain ain't fallin...

Oh. Sorry about that. I digressed.

Got rid of the game in my computer. No more games for me. That's one addiction that and one less reason why I should even be around the computer except to read blog and catch up with friends.

And of course to chat with her, what else?

My friend just told me that revision classes should begin in January. And here I am, totally lost. I don't seem to have learnt anything yet.

Oh crap.

First thing first. Sleep.

I had let this gone on long enough.

This obsession with gaming that I had long ago quit, only to be rekindled and picked up after 2 years of army.

Just when I thought the army had cured me of this health consuming addiction.

I've been feeling sick this past few days probably from facing the computer for too long. I hate feeling sick. I have no time for this.

Let's freeze this turkey.

Let me get this in before the day's over.

As mentioned earlier, today marks our 4th month together. Amazing things happen when you least expect it, and who could have guessed I would end up with such a sweet girlfriend?

Started the day out with lunch at Chinatown... with her, of course. The sliced fish soup was still as healthy as they were back in the days, with its generous serving of vegetables and a minimal (if at all) serving of MSG. Definitely a good dish for the health conscious. For the not so health conscious, you should really try the Bak Chor Mee. Seems nice. Maybe we should get some next time, eh?

Headed down the Harbourfront right after our sumptuous fish meal. And since I'm running low on my fragrances, I figured it would be a nice move to get her to pick her favorite scent. Can't risk having one that would chase her away now, can we?

Sentosa was our stop for the day. It was supposed to be a fun day at the beach, but I guess it didn't work out. We ended up going to the famous tourist attractions instead. Visits for the day included the CineBlast, which is really lackluster compared to 4DMagix. The reason why I'm not upset over it is cause I managed to kiss her there! Awesome.; The Tiger Sky Tower, which is said to be Singapore's highest observation tower, great view by the way; and last but not least a trip through the pages of history at The Images of Singapore. If you're heading down there, prepared to get a little scare coming right at you.

The whole sunset thing didn't really work out either cause it rained, which made the sand really icky to be around in. Not to mention the heavy clouds which would block the setting sun. Better luck next time.

Dinner at Sakae was... amusing. Got $10+ off due to the negligence of the staff. Free soft shell crab and chawanmushi, yo. Was smiling to myself the whole way to the cashier. Note to self, don't get carried away ordering dishes at Sakae. It would really cost you.

With a full stomach and a fun filled day, the only regret I had for the day was not being able to hold her hand. But, oh well. At least I managed to kiss her! Banzai!

I really really really really love you. I am glad I found you. Happy 4th Month. =]

I have been doing some blog hopping lately because I just feel like procrastinating, which I shouldn't be doing, really.

But oh well.

Seems that there's a couple of bloggers who are having problems in their love life.

After reading a few, I think it kind of ties down to security issues. No, not the CISCO type. I'm referring to a sense of security in people. The thing that makes you feel safe from threats.

In a relationship, as long as both parties put in their all to commit to each other, they would feel sense of uneasiness from time to time. Humans have fear of the unknown, and they fear that they might lose what is precious to them. Of course, it helps if you have high self confidence in yourself, but really now, anything is possible isn't it?

Surely you wouldn't be with someone who is not in the least bit attractive, would you? I'm not talking purely on looks wise, but also on their personality. What attracted you to him/her might also attract other parties as well.

And that's where this whole security issues kicks in.

I'm guessing that at the end of the day, we just got to learn to trust each other more. I know trust is a thin piece of ice in the area of love, but if you learn to tread carefully, you might just go far, wouldn't you?

Give and take. Learn to love. And learn to give assurances. Nobody is perfect but you have the power to make your partner feel that they are.
