I think out of the 22 years of my life, today is the day where I injured the most people. And I was supposed to be playing a contactless sport.

*sniggers* Contactless my foot.

First was the usual injury treatment to Yang Jun as a result of throwing the frisbee too hard. You know the type of pain that arises when you try to catch a frisbee that is thrown at full strength and it just happens to hit your nerves? Yeah.

Then came the frisbee to your nose treatment. Oh boy. All I was trying to do was to make a pass to my team mate.

Last but not least, the classical "Oh my god I am going to crash into that guy cause I can't stop in time so I better push him away" treatment. I swear I did not push that guy and send him sprawling onto the floor intentionally. We were near collision! That was the best I could do to avoid it!

Moral of the story: There is no such thing as a non-violent sport when you play in a big group. Seriously. It is just a myth.

(p.s. I am so damn envious of my girlfriend's friend.)

Ahh... graduation.

Of all the events that can happen in one's life, graduation has got to be the most contradicting one, ever. You dread to end your wonderful high school life but yet you yearn to get what you have been working so hard for. But needless to say, all things have to come to an end, and so does High School Musical.

The choreography was a sight to behold as usual. All the vibrant dances and colors and stage presence! Fantastic! All that singing and feel of youth! One can't help but reminisce about their own high school days while watching the movie. For those of you High School Musical fans, you can finally find out if Troy will continue his basketball career or develop his stage talents after high school... Oh the dilemma!

Overall, a great full stop to a great sequel. The dances and singing has definitely put a grand finale to the show.

What's a day out without great food to end the night? A man has a treat his lady right, and as they say, the key to one's heart is the stomach! Or so, I think. Welcome to Changing Appetites!

First up! Ice chocolate and iced peach soda!

Lo and behold! Our JARS of drinks

Dinner is served!

Dynamite Burger! Sorry but I couldn't help but finish off the top of the bun

Texas Nachos for her small appetite. Twist!

As hard as I tried, I couldn't stomach a full jar of chocolate drink and finish my dinner. Guess my appetite must be waning!

Today marks the day where we took our first photograph together. Finally! She is really camera shy but after numerous attempts, we finally managed to take a good one together. Boat quay looks wonderful at night. See for yourself below.

Run for your lives! TWIST-zilla is invading Boat Quay!

More photos please!

Got this from Waicheng's blog:

Your view on yourself:
You are down-to-earth and people like you because you are so straightforward. You are an efficient problem solver because you will listen to both sides of an argument before making a decision that usually appeals to both parties.

The type of girlfriend/boyfriend you are looking for:
You like serious, smart and determined people. You don't judge a book by its cover, so good-looking people aren't necessarily your style. This makes you an attractive person in many people's eyes.

Your readiness to commit to a relationship:
You prefer to get to know a person very well before deciding whether you will commit to the relationship.

The seriousness of your love:
Your have very sensible tactics when approaching the opposite sex. In many ways people find your straightforwardness attractive, so you will find yourself with plenty of dates.

Your views on education
You may not like to study but you have many practical ideas. You listen to your own instincts and tend to follow your heart, so you will probably end up with an unusual job.

The right job for you:
You're a practical person and will choose a secure job with a steady income. Knowing what you like to do is important. Find a regular job doing just that and you'll be set for life.

How do you view success:
You are afraid of failure and scared to have a go at the career you would like to have in case you don't succeed. Don't give up when you haven't yet even started! Be courageous.

What are you most afraid of:
You are afraid of things that you cannot control. Sometimes you show your anger to cover up how you feel.

Who is your true self:
You are mature, reasonable, honest and give good advice. People ask for your comments on all sorts of different issues. Sometimes you might find yourself in a dilemma when trapped with a problem, which your heart rather than your head needs to solve.

Finally got to catch The House Bunny with Little Miss Naughty!

What's a bunny to do when it gets kicked out of its nest?

Find another nest to call home, of course! And what a better place than a house of misfits for bunny magic to take place?

Meet Shelly, a bunny who was kicked out from the Playboy Mansion. With her expertise in makeup and boys, she is about to meet a bunch of girls and give them the biggest transformation of their lives... all in due time to save them from the fate of being homeless.

Lined up with sexual innuendos and funny antics (Anna Faris' gruffy voice memorisation really strikes a funny bone), The House Bunny would no doubt tickle you from the start to the end of the show while keeping you glued to the show as you root for the underdogs in their bid to gain sorority members in order to keep their house.

For those of you who are uncomfortable with sex jokes, worry not. Anna Faris' comedic actions should keep you entertained til the end and prove to you that blondes really do have more fun.

All that laughing really helped to whip up an appetite for us. After some research on the net yesterday (I know I should have been studying for my Sociology, but a man's gotta eat, right?), I found this much raved about restaurant called HK Kim Gary Restaurant located in VivoCity.

This Hongkong styled restaurant is bustling with business and no doubt it should be so. The food menu itself provides a huge range of food selection to cater to different taste buds and the prices are quite reasonable for their location.

Had a huge bowl of spicy HK style chicken noodles for $8.50. Just look at the size of this monster!

This photo does not really show how huge that bowl was

This was her dinner. It's baked potato. Not raspberry jam.

I managed to finish it of course. Other than that, we also ordered a side order of fries and some drinks (they had 3 pages for a drink menu, can you believe it?)

No, that is not Raspberry Juice

Overall, I'd say it was quite satisfactory. I'd definitely visit it again if I were to drop by with Little Miss Naughty again! If you are looking for a nice treat with a reasonable price tag, this would be the place to go.

Great day today with loads of knowledge gained! Very interesting indeed!

I hate to admit it... but it seems like I'm sinking back to the addiction that I was well acquainted with when I was back in Poly.

My computer addiction. This is a condition whereby I would turn on the computer once I reach home/wake up and try to spend my every waking hour/minutes/seconds on the computer, even if all I do is to just stare at it or surf the web aimlessly.

Ridiculous but true. You have no idea how much time I have thrown out of the window because of my own stupid addiction. I thought I had gotten rid of it for good when I entered the army (that place is good for going cold turkey), but now that I'm back to being a civilian, I'm hooked once again.

Oh god. I need to get away from the computer and stop blogging.

Now.

Arise my humble blog!

Time for updates! Been a good long time since I've done a long post! It feels like I'm doing injustice to my blog!

Well... been feeling rather emo nowadays. I think your mood seriously affects your luck. When you feel downright low you just can't get lucky. And it just keeps getting downhill from there.

Ernest brought me some hope by telling me about this IT trainer job. The details aren't that clear yet, but we would be checking it out tomorrow. I really hope it works out. Teaching is, after all, one of my ambitions.

What? You mean you didn't know?

I actually wanted to be a PE teacher and was contemplating for some time before dropping the idea. The feeling of being bonded for such a long time and the fact that I suck in sport kind pulled me back.

That's when I decided that if I can't shape the future of our society, I would have to maintain the order of the society.

And here... we... go.

Hopefully my results would be good enough to put me into where I want to go. But at the rate things are going, I got to start pulling my socks really high up in order to get there. I'm really lagging behind in my work due to work and laziness. The motivation just isn't there and I can only blame it on myself. Lazy lazy Darrell.

Just when I thought I was getting somewhere with my driving, my instructor decides to pull one on me by changing his car. Great. Now I have to get myself accustomed to the new car. And my test date is barely one month away. Good thing I will be learning circuit driving with the new car. Else I'll be screwed, not that I ain't anyways.

Things may not be working out as well as I want them to right now, but at least I know I got you. That is good enough to make me see through the day.

When I was back in the army... I looked forward to going to school.

Not anymore.

School is now a dread because I have to drag my tired body out of bed.

I don't seem to have much to look forward to nowadays other than the end of the day where I can rest my tired body.

And those special days where I spend a few hours with my girlfriend.

Woe is me.

You want to know where money comes from?

No, it does not drop from the sky, my friend.

It comes from your ass.

Yes.

Your ass.

Why?

Because you have to work your ass off in order to obtain that cash. And that, my friend, is the reason why money comes from your ass.

Just another of Darrell's theory 101.

Woah! It's the 3rd day of the month again! And the 3rd day of the month marks our 3rd month together!

I booked a room and we spent our 3rd month and experimented with our first... playing with each other! =p

Not that kind of play you dirty perverts!

The both of us got our hands on a Wii for the first time in our lives at E2Max Cineleisure. The room was quite spacious for the two of us. Even had two CPUs at the back of the TV, but we were too preoccupied with the Wii to even get near the computer.

Unfortunately, about 20 minutes was spent trying to configure the system, being the Wii-tards that we are. Finally got some help from the nice indian security guard guy (he looked like a security guard... I'm not sure if he is) and got some Wii action!

Rayman : Raving Rabbits was quite a fun and interesting game. I love the mindless action games that involved physical strength and consumed little brain juices! Muahahaha. My forte! But I strictly advise guys not to let their girlfriend play such physical games if they have a tendency to punch... mine does and I'm hoping that the 2 hour of games did not help to develop her arm muscle!

Had dinner and ordered this ice-kachang clone dessert that was supposed to be Korean-ish. I wonder how authentic it was though. Regardless, that thing was HUGE!

Ahhh... 3 months and counting. I shall behave myself and be more serious when I am out with you!

愛してる.

Finally got to see the girl after one month of waiting! That makes me really really happy! I missed her so much!

Anyways, got to watch The Chasers with her today. It's M18 by the way.

This is by far the most frustrating movie I had watched in the theatres.

How vulnerable are you when people whom you care about are dying and there is nothing you can do about it? How helpless would you feel if you know somewhere out there, someone who you care about is being brutally tortured to death or on the brink of dying from an assault?

The flick basically touches on the ugly side of sex trade and how a psychopath manages to wriggle his way out of the police station scot-free. It tells us about the vulnerability of the police force and how a single man tries to track down the murderer's evil liar, driven by desperation to bring the guy to justice.

In other news, saw the most disgusting thing on the train back home. Butt cheeks. Not female butt cheeks. Male butt cheeks right in front of me. Some stupid guy was standing with his butt facing me and my girlfriend and he was standing damn near her.

DAMNIT.

Should I have changed seats or pushed him away? I was on the verge of pushing him away if he had gotten any closer. Seriously. Pull up those pants. Nobody's interested in them unless you're gonna be a slot machine.

Well, time to hit the sacks. Goood night!
