Yeah, I know I'm a little slow in the new year greeting, but better late than never, no?
Happy New Year 2006 people!!! Best wishes for the new year!!
And what's a new year without new year resolution? Here's my list of resolution for 2006:
- exercise more often (because apparently, levelling in maple doesn't make me fitter)
- lose weight (in the process part ways with Mr Chunky Ass)
- have a life by not staying at home 24/7
- learn how to play the guitar
- be more sociable (to be void if people involved are assholes)
- do work during working hours instead of bringing work home
- stop slacking
- blog more regularly (must fulfil need to get attention)
- work on my blog template
- learn some secret fast way to get 6 packs
(I'm not talking about the ones you bring home from the supermarket)
- exercise regularly (just in case I can't find the secret magical way to 6 pack)]
- learn how to style my hair
(I admit it. My hairstyle sucks... along with the rest of my sense of fashion.)
- lose more weight
- stop being nice (we all know jerks get more girls)
I love making New Year resolutions. It's like making a To-Do List. You know that you will probably accomplish any of them, but yet it's such an accomplishment compiling this shit.
Next up is my list of favourites from the year 2005!
- Favourite Movie - Final Fantasy 7: Advent Children.
Awesome movie. [insert fanboy rant here]
- Favourite Anime - I have quite a few... but I'll go with Bleach. Just because I love sword fights.
- Favourite Band - I don't really have a fixed preference when it comes to music. But I'll go with Linkin Park. Listening to the lead singer screaming into my eardrums every morning on the way to work has kept me awake so far.
- Favourite Webcomic - I have a few that I really like, but I'll go with Punks and Nerds. The author has a wicked sense of humour.
- Favourite R.C.F.T.N. (Random Clip From The Net) - I'd go with the Family Guy from MilkandCookies, but the prize goes to The Dormitory Boys for their lip syncing act.
- Favourite Pick Up Line - "You have beautiful eyes.. like my mother."
What a classic.
- Favourite Event - Having no life kinda limits you in this department. I'll work on it, I promise.
- Favourite Catchphrase - "I no know."
Stupidest thing I've done in 2005? Purchasing those cursed Maple Cards. I swear those guys put a voodoo spell on them.
And that's it for 2005... and there goes another year of my youth. Bummer.
All the best for 2006 ya'all!
